The location was perfect for our sightseeing trip, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and other attractions. The staff were very accommodating, especially Franck, who went out of his way to assist us with our transportation needs. However, our room was smaller than expected, and despite paying for a premium room, it lacked the amenities we anticipated, like a balcony or great views. Overall, I appreciated the convenience of the location and the helpfulness of the staff, which made our visit memorable.

I enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental in Paris. The recently refurbished hotel has a superb location, and the friendly staff provided attentive service. While the room felt smaller than expected, the cozy atmosphere made it charming. A good experience.
